Also known as Natural Cure, Naturopathy is one of the most natural ways of healing. The Naturopathic system takes care of the entire body and its health, driving resources available naturally. The Nature Cure, as it was called, started in Germany & other western countries with "Water cure" (Hydrotherapy). During that time, water cure was synonymous with Nature Cure. The water cure was popularized by Vincent Priessnitz (1799-1851) who was a farmer. As a result, he was even credited as the "Father of Naturopathy".

Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine can also be termed as Naturopathy, which is a complementary and alternative medicine system. The naturopathic medicine practice depends on the naturopathic philosophy, according to which, practitioners do not use invasive surgery, or most synthetic drugs. Instead they prefer "natural" remedies, for instance relatively unprocessed or whole medications, such as herbs and foods.

Naturopathic Medicine is a natural approach to health and healing that recognizes the integrity of the whole person. It is a vital tradition of medicine in the western world.
