Safari is now available in two models - Tata Safari and Tata Safari
Dicor. Tata Safari Dicor is powered with a 3-litre Direct Injection
Common Rail engine (DICOR), which uses contemporary state of the art
Delphi Multec 1600 bar fully electronic common rail system. Safari Dicor generates 300Nm torque - the highest in its class at a much lower rpm. This results in less wear and tear of engine and a longer engine life. Tata Safari Dicor has been specially designed for Indian conditions. It is available in three variants-Tata Safari Dicor VX, Tata Safari Dicor EX, Tata Safari Dicor LX.
