Swami Balendus Ashram

Who is Swami Balendu?
Balendu Goswami was born and raised in a spiritual family and he followed the footsteps of his father and grandfather who both were popular preachers. He became a guru at a very early stage in his life with thousands of followers. When he was 25, at the peak point of his guru career, he decided to retreat from the outer world and enter a cave which was built on the grounds of his Ashram in Vrindavan. He spent the next three years and 108 days in that cave without any contact to the outside world, doing Mantra meditation. Needless to say, his life changed completely after this intensive retreat!

He gave up the life of a guru completely which had made him popular in India. He started travelling out of India together with his brother Yashendu Goswami, simply spreading the message of love and that we all are one through spiritual healing sessions and workshops on yoga, ayurveda and the chakras. He told his former followers that he didnt want to be a guru anymore and this is what he still tells everybody who asks him to become his disciple: I only want to be your friend. The Ashram family at the Shree Bindu Sewa Sansthan Ashram believes that God is love and love is our destiny.
