The Group spread its wings with the Riviera project, which was completed in 1998. The Shipra Group then forged a joint venture with the Ghaziabad Development Authority to develop the Shipra Sun City, a project that heralded the coming of age of the 200-crore Shipra Group.
Buoyed the initial success, the Shipra Group has undertaken a myriad of construction activities including residential and commercial projects, hotels including 5 star properties, water and amusement parks, malls and multiplexes, and technology parks. With the successful establishment of Centrestage mall and Wave Shipra Cinemas in Noida and Kaushambi as hotspots, Shipra has upped the ante to cash in on the mall revolution.
The new Shipra Mall has taken retail to a mega scale. With a total area of 4,50,000 sq ft comprising of 3,60,000 sq ft of retail space, Three New Generation of Cinemas, 15,000 sq ft of Food Court, Amphi Theatre & parking for 1000 cars. leased out to retailers like Shoppers Stop, Globus, Food Bazaar, Fashion Station etc.
The mall has been designed with twin atriums for better space and visibility for the retailers and free flow for shoppers. Shipra Group has introduced high-resolution lens based PANI projection technology that would convert the three sides of the mall into an advertising platform.
