  • Cooking Time: 1 hour
  • Per Serving: (Serves 4) Calories 81, Proteins 2 g, Fat 0.3 g, Carbohydrates: 19 g
  • Ingredients
    • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved and seeded
    • 1 cup apple, diced
    • 1.5 cups apple juice
    • 1/4 cup chopped celery
    • 1 tbs unflavored gelatin
    • 1/4-cup water
  • Method:
    • Take gelatin and soften it in water for about 5 minutes.
    • Take a pan and heat gelatin on low flame. Stir constantly, till it gets dissolved.
    • Add apple juice to it. Let it cool, till the mixture thickens.
    • Stir in fruit and celery. Pour into 3-cup moulds.
    • Chill until set.
