Lethargy, or lack of energy, is a common phenomenon
found in the society, today. Almost every person feels sluggish,
uninterested or inactive at some point of time in their life, or the
other. This 'worn out' feeling arises mainly due to exertion. Lethargy
or fatigue can be of two types - physical fatigue, or the inability to
continue functioning at the level of one's normal abilities, and mental
fatigue, which is mainly concerned with the lack of sleep. More than a
disorder, in itself, lethargy is usually a symptom of other ailments. In
