Kinetic Velocity

With the launch of Velocity in October, 2003, Kinetic Engineering made a foray into the executive bikes segment - the largest category of two wheelers in India, accounting for over 60% of the bikes market. The velocity, designed keeping in mind the needs of a city commuter, flashes a modern and stylish look with a smart bodyline and aerodynamic front fairing.

Velocity is equipped with a single cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke, 115cc engine that generates 8.5 bhp of power. A robust, well-contoured petrol tank that can hold 14 liters of petrol minimizes the need for frequent refueling. The bike can attain a respectable top speed of 90 kmph and returns a mileage of 92 kmpl under standard test conditions.

In order to ensure a comfortable ride Velocity comes with a twin-textured, anti-skid seat and synchronized suspension with a read adjustable suspension and a rectangular swing arm. Velocity has complete instrumentation with a tachometer, throttle sensor with power and economy modes for riding guidance.
