The new Bajaj Avenger DTSi features a modified engine of Bajaj Pulsar 200. It delivers 12.88 kW (17 hp) @ 8000 rpm. Avenger boasts of a top speed of 114 km/h and reaches 0-60 km/h in just 5.18 seconds and 0-100 km/h in 20.03 seconds.
Mileage and Economy
The DTSi engine of Bajaj Avenger gives a mileage of about 40 kmpl in city conditions, which is pretty good considering Indian rods, traffic and the 200 CC engine.
